About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT Agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading international iGaming company.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to play a key strategic and operational role in building and managing a high-performing, international workforce. This position is ideal for a Turkish-speaking HR professional with experience in fast-paced or regulated environments who is open to relocation and long-term international growth.


Your Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to leadership. You will ensure that HR strategies, policies, and processes support business growth, compliance, and a strong company culture within a dynamic iGaming environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant people processes

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, growth plans, and employee engagement

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Partner with department heads on performance management, career development, and succession planning

  • Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions

  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and applicable industry standards

  • Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances

  • Support compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aligned with company objectives

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR support

  • Prepare HR reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management

  • Support relocation, onboarding, and integration of international employees


Requirements

  • Native Turkish speaker

  • Minimum B1 level English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in HR management (iGaming, tech, fintech, or digital industries preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee lifecycle management

  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights

  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Willingness to relocate to Georgia and possibly later relocate to Europe

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization
