About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT Agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading international iGaming company operating.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sports Executive to manage and optimize sports betting operations. This role is ideal for Turkish-speaking professionals with strong sports betting experience who are eager to grow within an international iGaming environment and are open to relocation.

Your Role

As a Sports Executive, you will take ownership of sports betting product performance, ensuring competitive odds, engaging markets, and an excellent player experience. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and innovation across the sports vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the sports betting product in line with player needs and market trends

• Monitor live sporting events, betting markets, and odds to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

• Develop and implement strategies to improve player engagement, retention, and satisfaction

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sports-related promotions and campaigns

• Analyze sports and betting data to identify trends, opportunities, and new markets

• Work closely with product teams to enhance user experience and platform functionality

• Maintain strong relationships with external sports data providers and suppliers

• Track competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

• Prepare regular performance reports covering revenue, betting volume, and player engagement

Requirements

• Native Turkish speaker

• Minimum B1 level English

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in sports betting, sports trading, or sports operations within iGaming

• Strong understanding of sports betting markets, odds, and player behavior

• Experience working with sports data, market analysis, and betting platforms

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Willingness to relocate to Georgia and later relocate to Europe
