About the Role
PEOPLE HUNT Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international iGaming company based in Georgia.
We are seeking an experienced Casino Manager to lead and scale online casino operations. This is a senior, high-impact role for a Turkish-speaking professional with strong iGaming expertise who is open to international relocation and long-term career growth in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the online casino platform
Develop and execute strategies to increase player engagement, retention, and revenue
Analyze player behavior, KPIs, and market trends to optimize game portfolios and promotions
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, tournaments, bonuses, and retention strategies
Monitor casino performance, including revenue, player activity, and game performance
Coordinate with game providers, aggregators, and internal product teams for integrations and updates
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable gambling regulations
Handle escalated player issues and operational challenges professionally
Lead, motivate, and manage the casino team to achieve performance targets
Prepare performance reports and insights for senior management
Requirements
Native Turkish speaker (mandatory)
Minimum B1 level English
4+ years of experience in iGaming, specifically within casino operations
Proven experience working in Turkish language
Strong understanding of online casino products, player behavior, and market trends
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced iGaming environment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Willingness to relocate to Georgia and later relocate to Europe
