About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT is hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and scale affiliate partnerships in the Turkish market for a well-established international iGaming operator. This is a commercially driven role suited for candidates with a strong affiliate network and deep market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, media buyers, and partners targeting the Turkish market

• Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive traffic, registrations, and revenue

• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and retention

• Negotiate commercial terms, CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals

• Monitor affiliate performance, fraud prevention, and traffic quality

• Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams

• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of the Turkish iGaming affiliate ecosystem

• Established affiliate network and contacts in the Turkish market

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships

• Fluency in Turkish and English is highly preferred
