About the Role
PEOPLE HUNT is recruiting an experienced VIP Manager for a fast-growing international iGaming brand. This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players in the Ethiopian market, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with VIP and high-value players in the Ethiopian market
Deliver a premium, personalized experience to VIP customers across sportsbook and casino products
Increase player lifetime value through tailored bonuses, promotions, and engagement strategies
Monitor player behavior, betting patterns, and preferences to optimize retention
Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, payments, and customer support teams
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Analyze KPIs, player performance, and campaign effectiveness to drive revenue growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming (sportsbook and/or casino)
Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian betting and gambling market
Existing network of players or industry contacts is a strong advantage
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Data-driven mindset with experience working with CRM tools
High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer focus
