About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT is recruiting an experienced VIP Manager for a fast-growing international iGaming brand. This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players in the Ethiopian market, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with VIP and high-value players in the Ethiopian market

• Deliver a premium, personalized experience to VIP customers across sportsbook and casino products

• Increase player lifetime value through tailored bonuses, promotions, and engagement strategies

• Monitor player behavior, betting patterns, and preferences to optimize retention

• Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, payments, and customer support teams

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Analyze KPIs, player performance, and campaign effectiveness to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming (sportsbook and/or casino)

• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian betting and gambling market

• Existing network of players or industry contacts is a strong advantage

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

• Data-driven mindset with experience working with CRM tools

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and customer focus
