The Opportunity

We are looking for a CMS Manager who will be responsible for managing and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and SEO, supporting promotional initiatives and ensuring high content quality across all web properties.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

• Manage, create, update, and maintain website content within the CMS

• Populate CMS with textual and visual content

• Upload, update, replace, and remove banners and images

• Configure and fill content blocks, menus, forms, and templates

• Perform bulk content updates

• Publish changes and verify correct display on the website

Collaboration & Processes

• Work with incoming tasks from marketing, product, and SEO teams

• Communicate ongoing updates and content changes clearly and efficiently

• Support promotional campaigns with timely content updates

Backlog & Maintenance

• Manage and prioritize content-related tasks

• Regularly update promotional materials

• Ensure existing website content remains accurate and up to date

What You Bring

Hard Skills

• Proven experience working with a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar)

• Understanding of HTML structure (reading level)

• Basic knowledge of CSS (layout and styling understanding)

• Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics, and responsive web design principles

• Experience working with AI tools is a strong advantage

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail

• Systematic and structured thinking

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Languages

• Russian – fluent

• English – fluent
