The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and scale the affiliate channel with a strong focus on crypto traffic and iGaming markets. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of building profitable affiliate partnerships across multiple GEOs.
You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, expanding the affiliate network, and optimizing performance across CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share models.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and optimize the affiliate partner portfolio
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV)
Optimize commercial models including CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with affiliates
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, traffic quality standards, and legal requirements
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with CRM, Content, Product, and Marketing teams to support market expansion
Drive affiliate growth in key regions including India, LATAM, and Africa
Expand and strengthen the affiliate network within the crypto segment
Represent the company at major industry events and conferences (e.g. SiGMA, iGB)
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook)
Proven experience working with crypto-focused traffic and audiences
Strong background in scaling affiliate acquisition channels
Solid understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking and analytics tools (e.g. MyAffiliates, Affilka, Excel)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of GEO-specific affiliate strategies across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets
Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
