The Opportunity
People Hunt is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a fast-growing company within the iGaming sector. In this role, you will drive the brand’s influencer and streamer marketing strategy - building partnerships, executing impactful campaigns, and expanding brand presence across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch influencer marketing strategies within the iGaming and gaming space.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with streamers and content creators.
Prepare creative briefs and oversee campaign execution to ensure brand alignment.
Analyze campaign performance (KPI, ROI, engagement) and deliver clear, actionable reports.
Manage contracts, budgets, and timelines for influencer campaigns.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and creator partners.
Stay informed about platform trends, emerging formats, and iGaming-related regulations impacting campaigns.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or entertainment.
Proven track record executing successful campaigns with creators or streamers.
Fluent English (spoken and written), with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, and other creator-driven platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and tools such as Notion, Slack, Miro, Figma, Trello, or Asana.
