PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of our fast-growing iGaming client!
We are looking for a dedicated, client-focused VIP Host to manage relationships with high-value players and deliver a premium, personalized experience. This role is all about exceptional communication, deep player care, and proactive retention.

๐Ÿ“ Location:

Remote โ€” anywhere in the world
(Fluent English required; other languages are plus)

โฐ Working Hours:

Mon - Sat | Sun - day off

10 - 19 PM UTC+0 (2 Night Shifts per Month)

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Account Management

  • Provide dedicated support to VIP players via chat, messengers, email, and calls

  • Stay fully available during shift hours to respond to VIP requests promptly

  • Deliver concierge-level service and anticipate player needs

2. Relationship Building & Retention

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value players

  • Ensure satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally

  • Proactively engage players to prevent churn and strengthen loyalty

3. Player Segmentation & Monitoring

  • Monitor player activity, deposits, and behavioral patterns

  • Identify potential VIPs and guide promising players into the VIP segment

  • Detect unusual behavior or activity drops and act immediately

4. Personalized Offers & Communication

  • Recommend tailored bonuses, rewards, and campaigns

  • Adapt communication style to player preferences and habits

  • Coordinate with CRM/Marketing to deliver relevant VIP promotions

5. Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes on all player interactions

  • Escalate issues to Payments, Risk, Support, or Tech teams when needed

  • Adhere to internal procedures, KYC/AML guidelines, and player safety standards

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular reports on player activity and VIP metrics

  • Share insights on player needs and competitor trends

  • Track KPIs related to VIP satisfaction, responsiveness, and engagement

๐Ÿ’ผ Who Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English

  • Experience in customer support, VIP hosting, account management, or similar roles (iGaming experience is a must)

  • Able to work 2 night shifts per Month

  • Client-obsessed attitude with a proactive mindset

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
