The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing iGaming start-up building a next-generation, high-performance gaming platform - and we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and creative Head of Brand & Communications to shape our iGaming client's global presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute company global brand strategy with a strong focus on community and digital growth.
Define and uphold brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across all channels.
Manage brand architecture (Company Partners, and sub-brands).
Launch and oversee ecosystem-wide campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and retention.
Build and implement PR and communication strategies (SMM, media relations, influencers).
Strengthen brand reputation and manage global Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Grow and lead social media and community presence, including ambassador and UGC programs.
Plan and execute online/offline activations, measuring community impact and engagement.
Drive sponsorship, partnership, and event strategies in key markets.
Integrate AI and automation tools into content workflows and analytics.
Track brand metrics (awareness, engagement, trust) and adapt strategies by region.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing within iGaming, entertainment, fintech, or crypto.
Proven track record in launching or scaling brands, especially in startups or high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in digital communications, social media, community building, and PR tools.
Experience working with influencers, media, and community leaders.
Ability to manage B2C, B2B, and partnership-oriented communication flows.
Understanding of crypto and fiat iGaming audiences.
Experience with sponsorships, events, and industry collaborations.
Creative yet structured approach - equal parts storytelling and performance mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership ability, and experience managing teams/agencies.
English: Upper-Intermediate+ (additional languages are a plus).
