About the Role
People Hunt is hiring on behalf of our iGaming client - a rapidly growing international company operating multiple online brands. We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will turn numbers into actionable insights, helping the team optimize traffic acquisition, improve conversion metrics, and drive measurable growth.
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven marketer who understands iGaming performance models and knows how to translate analytics into real impact.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze traffic acquisition performance across multiple channels and platforms.
Evaluate profitability under different buying models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid).
Optimize traffic sources to ensure sustainable and cost-efficient growth.
Identify areas to reduce costs and improve ROI and CLV.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and campaign efficiency.
Build and analyze conversion funnels to understand user behavior and identify bottlenecks.
Design and interpret A/B tests to validate marketing hypotheses and improve performance.
Apply statistical methods (confidence intervals, p-values, regression analysis) to support insights and decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance acquisition strategy and reporting.
What You Bring
1+ year of experience as a Marketing Analyst (iGaming experience required).
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs - ROI, CLV, CAC, and related metrics.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
Ability to design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Basic to Intermediate English proficiency - written communication especially important.
