Our client – a fast-growing, product-driven iGaming company in Ukraine – is on a mission to redefine online gaming in the region. We're supporting them in the search for a bold and creative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing strategy, build a powerful brand, and drive measurable growth across local and international markets.

🔍 About the Role

As CMO, you will take full ownership of the company’s marketing function. This includes designing and executing a robust marketing strategy, leading cross-functional teams, managing performance campaigns, and scaling user acquisition and retention. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and team to bring your vision to life - in a fast-moving iGaming environment that rewards innovation and execution.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategy

• Oversee all marketing channels: performance marketing, SMM, SEO, PR, content, affiliates, influencer campaigns

• Lead, grow, and mentor the internal marketing team

• Manage and allocate large-scale marketing budgets effectively

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities

• Build strong partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and external vendors

• Champion the brand’s voice and positioning across all touchpoints

• Monitor and analyze KPIs using BI tools to continuously optimize marketing performance

• Elevate the brand on both Ukrainian and international stages

🎯 What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing in the iGaming or betting space

• Proven success in managing large teams and complex marketing operations

• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and user acquisition strategies

• Strong command of marketing analytics, BI tools, and attribution models

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

• A sharp eye for brand building and storytelling

• Experience in Ukrainian market is a must
