🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Live Studio to lead the launch, growth, and day-to-day operations of a brand-new live dealer studio. You will build and manage cross-functional teams, oversee game development and studio production, and ensure world-class operational standards.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, setup, and operational launch of the Live Dealer studio.

• Recruit, train, and manage global talent: dealers, managers, tech, and production staff.

• Oversee the development and rollout of live casino games (Roulette, Blackjack, game shows, etc.).

• Define and implement compliance, security, and operational best practices.

• Manage budgets, KPIs, and drive the long-term growth strategy.

• Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in Live Dealer studios (e.g., Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi).

• Proven track record in launching or scaling large-scale studios.

• Experience managing 100+ staff in a high-performance, multi-cultural environment.

• Strong knowledge of studio technology, dealer operations, and live game mechanics.

• Fluent English; excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style.
