🚀 About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale a high-performing affiliate department for a top-tier iGaming platform. Our client operates a highly successful Affiliate Program, managing multiple proprietary brands across Tier 1 markets, with substantial budgets for traffic acquisition and growth.

As Head of Affiliate, you will own the affiliate strategy and drive revenue through a data-led, ROI-focused approach. This is an opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and commercially sharp leader ready to make a tangible business impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals

• Own KPIs including FTDs, GGR, ROI, and other key growth metrics

• Monitor trends and competitor movements to ensure market leadership

🔹 Partnership Excellence

• Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with affiliates

• Identify and recruit new high-potential partners

• Negotiate commission models and exclusive partnerships

🔹 Performance & Optimization

• Lead campaign planning, tracking, and performance optimization

• Use data insights to improve user acquisition and conversion

• Reduce fraud and ensure ROI-positive traffic sources

🔹 Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of at least 7 affiliate professionals (25+ in total team)

• Set team KPIs and implement performance review processes

• Create scalable processes to support future team expansion

🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Analytics, CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to align campaigns

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting for executive leadership

• Drive innovation in affiliate operations and strategy

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles

• Proven success scaling affiliate programs in iGaming or other high-growth sectors

• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, platforms, and anti-fraud strategies

• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in performance analysis

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is a strong plus

• Based in Europe
