Our client is a global B2B technology company delivering cutting-edge software solutions tailored for the iGaming industry. Founded in 2017, they’ve grown into a team of 100+ professionals, blending expertise in software engineering, marketing, and game design to deliver premium cloud-based platform solutions.

The company values creativity, innovation, and collaboration across diverse, international teams. Their core platform is a high-load, cloud-hosted B2B system that powers entertainment websites and manages end-to-end cash flow and API integrations for a wide range of clients.

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead the strategic direction, development, and delivery of the company's product portfolio. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to turn insights into innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, design, and content from concept to post-launch optimization

  • Lead and scale a high-performing Product Management and Product Marketing team

  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and projects

  • Incorporate customer feedback into product development for continuous innovation

  • Evaluate market trends and competitors to optimize product positioning and pricing

  • Define, monitor, and adjust product performance metrics as needed

  • Drive customer discovery and UX excellence across the platform

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure product alignment with business strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a product leader in a tech-driven B2B environment, preferably within SaaS or iGaming

  • Strong track record of scaling product teams and shipping successful, user-centric products

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills

  • Ability to balance business, technical, and user needs

  • Familiarity with high-load platforms and API integrations is a plus
