PEOPLE HUNT is hiring: CRM & Gamification Manager – iGaming

With over 70 million views across platforms in the past month, their creator-led ecosystem is disrupting the industry – and they’re just getting started.

Current verticals include MMA, Boxing, NFL, and Padel, with Darts and Football launching next.

Now, they’re looking to hire a CRM & Gamification Manager to level up user engagement through data-driven rewards, targeted campaigns, and immersive gamified experiences.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy engaging gamification mechanics – think wheels of fortune, missions, tournaments, and achievement-based rewards.

• Create and manage user segmentation strategies to personalize in-game and promotional content.

• Build and optimize loyalty programs and bonus systems tailored to user tiers and behaviors.

• Collaborate with Product, BI, and Development teams to integrate gamified tools into the platform.

• Analyze campaign and user performance data to continuously improve feature effectiveness.

• Support seasonal and ongoing promotional calendars with gamified campaigns across global markets.

• Maintain clear documentation for all CRM and gamification systems.

💡 What You Bring

• 2+ years in CRM or product-related roles, ideally within iGaming or adjacent digital entertainment industries.

• A strong grasp of user retention, segmentation, and gamification strategies.

• Experience managing loyalty systems, in-game rewards, and bonus configurations.

• Analytical skills and experience working with BI/data tools to drive optimization.

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities – you thrive in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
