We’re hiring for one of the most dynamic names in next-gen sports media - a rapidly scaling startup that's changing the way fans engage with live sports. With 70+ million views across platforms in just the last month, their content spans MMA, Boxing, NFL, Padel and more - and they’re just getting started. Now venturing into Football and Darts, they’re building an ecosystem that merges media, community, and gameplay.

They’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the migration from a white-label iGaming platform to their own proprietary infrastructure - and take full ownership of the technical vision behind a bold, creator-led sports betting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from an existing white-label iGaming platform to a proprietary tech stack tailored to business needs
• Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap with scalability and performance in mind
• Take full ownership of the platform’s backend, including game logic, bonus systems, transactions, and API stability
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and implement modular improvements or complete rebuilds as needed
• Build and scale the engineering team (backend, DevOps, QA, architecture)
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and delivery processes
• Ensure platform performance, fault-tolerance, and security under high-load conditions
• Collaborate closely with product, payments, and support teams to support agile product evolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or Technical Lead within the iGaming sector
• Hands-on experience developing and managing custom gaming platforms
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, infrastructure design, containerization, and orchestration
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up
• Solid understanding of high-load systems, transactional logic, and payment processing
• Familiarity with the technical and regulatory specifics of multiple GEOs (bonus if experienced with crypto, KYC, Responsible Gaming)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience migrating from white-label to custom platforms
• Involvement in launching new operators or technical startups
• Familiarity with core iGaming modules (PAM, CMS, bonus engines, anti-fraud, provider aggregation)
• Understanding of game logic, player lifecycle, and monetization strategies
