Location: Cyprus (Remote or Hybrid Mode)
About the Role
An international iGaming management company is seeking a proactive and experienced People Partner to support and elevate all people-related processes within its executive-level team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving employee experience, performance, and development across a remote-first and fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the VP of Organizational Development and involves close collaboration with senior leaders and People teams across multiple projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to build strong teams, support development, and align people strategies with business goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring and integration for management company roles, ensuring smooth transitions and fast ramp-up.
Employee Development: Assess development needs, build training initiatives, and foster career growth.
Performance Management: Implement and maintain feedback and evaluation systems that promote high performance and accountability.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (retention, churn, eNPS, time-to-hire) to drive insights and improvements.
Culture & Engagement: Build programs and communications that drive motivation, retention, and cohesion in a remote-first setup.
HR Operations: Manage people processes efficiently and ensure consistency and timeliness across all HR workflows.
Communication & Conflict Resolution: Support open communication, mediate internal issues, and cultivate a collaborative culture.
Compensation & Benefits Coordination: Ensure internal equity and transparency across reward systems.
Labor Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends to support competitive talent attraction and retention strategies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international HR regulations and internal standards.
Collaboration Across Projects: Share knowledge and align practices with People Partners across supported business units.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, with at least 1–2 years in the iGaming sector.
Proven success in either fast-scaling startups or structured, mature businesses.
Comfortable working as the sole HR expert in a standalone capacity.
Experience managing remote teams and working within matrixed structures is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of people management best practices and organizational development.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
