💼 Role Overview

As the Senior Payment Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize payment processes, collaborate with providers, and ensure smooth transaction routing and reconciliation. You'll be instrumental in enhancing payment efficiency, stability, and performance in a high-growth, digital-first environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the iGaming or online payments sector

- Proven experience interacting with payment providers and navigating their back office systems

- Solid understanding of payment flows, transaction statuses, and online payment routing

Skills:

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

- Data analysis and issue resolution experience

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Proactive and detail-oriented approach

- Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in the Indian market

- People management capabilities

- Familiarity with Postman and basic tech troubleshooting

Language:

- Proficiency in English (B2+)

- Proficiency in Russian is a +

- Reconcile data across provider dashboards and internal systems

- Escalate and resolve technical or operational issues promptly

- Continuously refine internal processes for greater efficiency
