Position: HR Manager
Department: Operations / People

Key Responsibilities:

• Build HR processes from scratch: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, internal communications

• Develop a standard yet personalized onboarding experience by role (e.g. designers, creatives, etc.)

• Maintain candidate database, documentation, and manage hiring and adaptation flow

• Support and foster corporate culture: engagement, team rituals, feedback mechanisms

• Participate in performance management: metrics, one-on-one sessions, goal setting, and feedback

• Oversee payroll, freelance contracts, and contractor hiring

• Support hiring of key team members with a focus on soft skills and cultural fit

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Ops, and Head of Social to grow the team aligned with the brand's goals

• Develop job descriptions and visual formats for vacancies across sub-brands

• Assist in setting up and implementing HRIS after acquisition

• Contribute to building HR processes at the holding level: from HR documentation and policies to events and employee development

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR experience in iGaming, preferably in a startup or creative environment

• Full-cycle recruitment experience: from sourcing to onboarding

• Experience working with international markets

• Ability to systematize processes without sacrificing flexibility and speed

• English level C1 or higher (you’ll work with an English-speaking team)

• Deep understanding of the role culture and energy play in team growth

• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed teams and media/iGaming projects

• Payroll knowledge and basic understanding of freelance contracting

• Background in developing team rituals, feedback processes, and engagement strategies
