The company offers advanced solutions in payment systems and digital financial tools. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Customer Support Manager for remote work — a professional who will ensure a high level of customer service and become a part of a friendly team.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Fintech or Blockchain).

- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and Blockchain is essential.

- Strong computer skills (fast typing, working with browsers, and chat platforms).

- Stable high-speed internet connection and a working device (computer or laptop).

- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and find solutions in any circumstances.

- Ability to ensure a high level of customer service.

- Russian language is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Provide quick and efficient solutions to customer inquiries in the online chat (up to 150 chats per day).

- Support customers regarding payments, transactions, and other financial operations.

- Interact with other departments to resolve customer requests promptly.

- Maintain the customer database in CRM.

- Follow company standards for customer service.
