Business Development Manager
PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of its client, an international company operating in the Fintech sector for over 8 years. The company offers innovative solutions in payment systems and digital financial tools, helping clients enhance business efficiency and profitability.
They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and expand their sales efforts internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales in international markets: full cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Actively search for and attract new clients (cold sales, networking, attending exhibitions and conferences).
- Dive into clients' businesses, identify their needs, and offer innovative solutions.
- Increase sales volume through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the client database in CRM and track deal stages.
- Build and develop long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at international events and meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Successful B2B sales experience of at least 2 years (experience in Fintech or Blockchain is a plus).
- Experience or readiness for active cold sales and long sales cycles.
- Willingness to work with long sales cycles and large contracts.
- Ability to understand clients' businesses, offer tailored solutions, find upsell opportunities, and handle objections.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and results-oriented.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level (additional languages are a plus).
- Russian language is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to work with objections, and build trust.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips (to Europe, Asia, and the MENA region).
